In the fourth book of this series, Only the Good Spy Young, Cammie starts out in London with Bex Baxter and her family. With the Circle of Cavan after her, she is on constant watch by the Baxters and a security team that surrounds her.
Cammie hasn’t heard from Zach in a while until one day in London when he shows up at an ice-skating rink. The two talk for a short time before Zach skates off and seconds later the lights go out. Cammie is taken by Mr. Solomon who tells her she needs to run. They end up at the Tower Bridge where Mr. Solomon escapes leaving Cammie unsure who she can trust anymore and who is out to get her.
Shortly after this event in London, Cammie and her friends are back at Gallagher Academy. Cammie is trying to figure out what Joe Solomon meant when he told her to “follow the pigeons” and winds up in an old carrier pigeon room at the academy.
“Following the pigeons” sets Cammie and her fellow spy friends on an adventure that leads them to the Tombs, a place at Blackthorne Institute, a secret journal, and finally finding out who is in the Circle of Cavan.
