It’s the second Percy Jackson Monday this month. I haven’t gotten a chance to see Sea of Monsters yet but I’m so excited to! I thought since you are all caught up on books one and two, I’d get you ahead of the game and review book three today. The Titan’s Curse by Rick Riordan.
So at this point in the Percy Jackson and the Olympians series, Percy is pretty much a Greek god. I mean, he saved Camp Half-Blood, not once, but two times already.
Percy and his friends get in a sticky situation with another monster. The Greek goddess Artemis and her crew of hunters jump in to help. Even with the goddess on their side, Annabeth is captured by a manticore named Dr. Thorn.
Percy and daughter of Zeus, Thalia, must go on a hunt to save both Artemis and Annabeth. Yet again, Percy’s got a deadline; the winter solstice. Zoe, a hunter of Artemis, and Bianca DiAngelo, daughter of Hades, join Percy on yet another quest to save a goddess and their friend.
Well I don’t want to give anymore away, so check back next Monday for book number four.
